i'm at linz place now. They are playing mahjong & i'm in her room surfing & blogging. i feel like typing out some thoughts yet i can't seem to produce any flow. Anyway, what i would like to say is, "What comes around, goes around" . i shall elaborate on this again.
Work this morning was exceptionally busy. Prolly cos of da sudden emergency case. A baby collapsed in my clinic. It was just too unexpected. Da morning appointments were all cancelled. Patients who were waiting were told to come back in da afternoon or to see another doctor instead. Timing cocked-up. Mess. He was a gorgeous 2-month-old boy. His mummy brought him in for consult as he wasn't feeding well for da past 2 days. i attended to both mother & son. i noticed that he was a lil restless but did not detect any abnormalities. i collected his urine for a simple procedure & asked da mummy to wait for her turn. After a while, she asked whether she can borrow a room so as to breastfeed her baby. We asked her to go ahead. Moments later, she came rushing out, flustered & worried. She shouted, "Help! My baby turned blue!" i turned around & i saw a listless purple body. He went limp all over. i quickly seeked attention from my staff nurse & she hurriedly carried da baby into da doctor's room. E-drugs, oxygen tank, air bag & basically da resuscitation kit were brought out. My doctor did his best & finally decided to head over to da ward for more in-depth help. Doctors were being called in & da tension grew. They pumped adrenaline, trying to help rescue da baby. They set up ventilator to induce breathing. But perhaps, all were a tad too late. His heartbeat was gradually decreasing & in fact, it was da adrenaline that kept his heart beating. Once da effect wear off, God is here to take him up into Paradise Heaven. i pray for u baby. i pray for his mummy & daddy. God will make a way. ( Practising confidentiality, thus, names are not mentioned to protect identities. ) He was diagnosed with myocardiac infarction. =
Went to help Qing, Xuan & Meizhen with their shop. Still quite some things not done up yet. Had duck rice for dinner at a kopitiam nearby, together with da gang. Danny & Xuan planned to go Dbl-O. Qing & Kai decided to go home. Roger & i went Bedok 85 to meet up with linz & others. Therefore, i ended up at linz place.
Okie, time's up. Back to da room to see more tiles. Till den, Ciao!

Alright, so last night was spent playing LAN again at Parklane. We walked from Parklane to a dimsum shop at Jalan Besar. It's called Swee Choon, or
Rui Chun in Mandarin. Danny & Xuan did not followed us as Xuan was not feeling well, so they headed back. Left Kai, Qing, Roger & me. We ordered 2 bowls of century egg porridge, 1 serving of siewmai, hargao, carrotcake, meesua kueh & 2 cans of coke. Da bill came up to $11.40. Their serving of siewmai & hargao comes in pair, which means 1 serving of siewmai is actually 2 pieces of it! It's usually 3 or 4 pieces per serving. Anyway, we decided to hunt for more food, playing da game
Shi Zi Lu Kou. But our version is a lil different cos we pooled our money together for da day's capital & jus use onli wot we got in hand. So after dimsum at Jalan Besar, we walked (yes, we walked again) to Geylang for some soya bean drink & you tiao at Lorong 9. Our capital left was a meagre amount of $3. As we're all tired, we decided to share a cab back regardless da mid-night charge would be lifted in about an hour's time. Da $3 went into our cab fare. This is how i spent my Friday night.
Oh, we're going to Chinasquare later for more food action. It's dimsum buffet at $26++ per pax. Lotsa variety man! i've dined there before with Roger's family. Da food there is simply marvelous! Tonite will be bringing da gang to savour da goodness of da best dimsum around!

Okie lar, i noe i've not been updating this blog on a regular basis. Cos, i'm jus too lazy. Dead serious. Working everyday except on Sundays, i'm totally worn out after a day's work & Sundays are for replenishing my lost sleep for tat week. i made it a point to post something today jus because i wan to post something. My fingers are itching for some action.
- i'm currently working in a Paediatric Clinic in Thomson Medical Centre. Working hours are to my liking. Da clinic opens at 9am but gotta report some time before 8.30am. Thou it closes for lunch at 12.30pm, patients are da main cause for late closure. One gotta go out & buy lunch back for da rest & everyone, including da doctor, will lunch-in. It re-opens again at about 2pm & by 5pm, we're all ready to head home. Wednesdays are HALF-DAY! No work on Public Holidays too!
- Since, i'm working Full-time now, there's not much time for entertainment. Extra-curriculum activities like clubbing, fine-dining, shopping, movies, kopi, catching up with frens, are to be done on Saturday nites. i've spent a few Sat nites playing LAN, following by slacking till dawn at Kopitiam with my kaypoh gang. (members : qing&kai, danny& xuan, rog&yi) Activity planned for this Sat : KTV. * p/s: no more frequent visits down zouk on mambo nites. *
- Qing came back from bangkok last nite. She went there to purchase merchandise for her shop. Xuan is also a shareholder. Shall meet da gang up soon.
- An orange Adidas dress, a red Fox jacket & a heart-shaped Citigems pendant with 4 lil shimmering stones are my haul after i got my salary for December.
i'll try to update as much as possible. Oh ya, upon chatting, i came to know tat every gang member owns a blog site. Except Roger, tat is. Haha!
